Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hbo09 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the hbo09 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:
"Platform"refers to the hbo09 website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services accessible via hbo09.onl.
"Player" / "You"means any individual who creates an account on the Platform or accesses the Platform's services.
"Account"means the registered player account created on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
"Balance"refers to real-money funds deposited by the Player and held within the Account, expressed in IDR.
"Bonus Balance"refers to promotional credits awarded by hbo09 subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
"Wagering Requirement"means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by hbo09 before processing withdrawals or upon request.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is unlawful under applicable local law.
"Force Majeure"means any event beyond hbo09's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or banking system outages.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the hbo09 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hbo09 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will immediately suspend any account where underage use is suspected.
- You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a business entity.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed voluntarily through hbo09's responsible gaming tools or required by any applicable regulatory body.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of hbo09 or any of its associated gaming providers.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
hbo09 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, hbo09 will void all wagers placed, forfeit any winnings, and return net deposits at its sole discretion. Players who are 21 years of age or older are the only individuals permitted to use this platform.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services on hbo09, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
- Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. hbo09 may reject registrations where information appears incomplete or inconsistent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. hbo09 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- You must notify hbo09 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
- hbo09 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
hbo09 stores all account credentials using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing with salting. Passwords are never stored in readable form and are never transmitted over unencrypted connections. All Platform pages are served over 256-bit SSL/TLS.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
hbo09 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All accounts are denominated in IDR and no currency conversion is applied to Player funds. The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform:
4.1 Deposits
- Deposits are accepted via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP bank transfer, and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hbo09 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
- hbo09 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service fees, for which hbo09 accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. hbo09 reserves the right to request matching payment details as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
- Withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to initiate a withdrawal request.
- Standard withdrawal processing time to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) is approximately 30 minutes during WIB (UTC+7) business hours. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO and DANA typically complete within 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in the Player's account dashboard at the time of request.
- hbo09 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by automated fraud detection systems.
- Any funds identified as deriving from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion will be forfeited in full prior to withdrawal processing.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and slot wagers placed on the hbo09 Platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. hbo09 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clear and verifiable technical error has occurred on our side.
- hbo09 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
- For sportsbook markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other covered leagues, results are determined by the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football) unless the specific market description states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").
- Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full odds to be paid. One or more voided selections within an accumulator will be treated as non-runners and the accumulator recalculated at the remaining selections' odds.
- Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled according to the hbo09 standard Asian handicap rules, available in full on the Platform's help section.
- Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. hbo09's RNG is independently audited for fairness. Game-specific rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, are available in each game's information panel.
- Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved based on the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. If a round cannot be conclusively resolved, the stake will be returned.
- hbo09 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day, per Player, or across specific markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
7 Responsible Gaming
hbo09 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must never be pursued as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following tools and policies apply:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session time reminders that trigger a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming difficult to manage may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. - Reality Checks: The Platform displays cumulative session wagering totals at regular intervals to help Players maintain awareness of their activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbo09 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker-style games, or engage in chip-dumping.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds ("palpable errors") for financial gain. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once, using VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. hbo09 complies with international AML standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's underlying source code, game logic, or server infrastructure.
- Posting, transmitting, or displaying any content through the Platform that is abusive, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise harmful to other users or to hbo09 staff.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the hbo09 Platform — including but not limited to the hbo09 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbo09 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of hbo09.
Any unauthorized use of hbo09's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbo09's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- hbo09 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
- hbo09 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, Force Majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers may temporarily affect Platform availability. hbo09 shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
- hbo09 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of information, or compatibility with any specific device or software environment.
- hbo09 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from the Player's decision to gamble beyond their financial means.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit hbo09's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11 Privacy & Data
hbo09 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hbo09 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection standards, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where hbo09 is legally obligated to disclose it.
Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team. Please note that certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even following an account closure request.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of hbo09's international licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.
Nothing in this clause limits hbo09's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is their personal responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws. hbo09 operates under international licensing standards and does not represent that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
13 Amendments
hbo09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hbo09 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.
The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 calendar days after publication, except where changes are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
